When my husband and I brought our son to Smiths Martial Arts he was in a very low place personally. Circumstances had broken him and he was not himself. The Smiths took the time to not only train him, but showed him he was loved, valued, and showed him what a teacher is suppose to be. They are the definition of a martial artist and lead by example. My son is now better than he was before and has a confidence that we have never seen. Our family believes that things happen for a reason and it led us to Smiths Martial Arts. Smiths Martial Arts is not only a tkd school, it is a place where kids feel wanted, loved and when you walk in you are accepted. The owners truly care about each and every child that steps on those mats as well as the parents. You truly become family. Smiths Martial Arts has changed my sons life for the better and as a parent I am forever grateful for the lessons he gets not only on the mats but the guidance he receives off the mats also.

Our experience with Smith’s Martial Arts has been a game changer. My daughter started in November and I have seen such a positive change in her. She comes out more relaxed, confident, more flexible, excited, believes in herself and her abilities, loves the instructors and environment, and I can’t say enough good about them. They pour into these students (young and mature) each and every session. We love this place. It’s is part of our home now.
Edited to add: 2 years in and we love it more and more as we go! The instructors are amazing and very talented. Watching these kids grow in skill, confidence, and passion is something that makes it all worthwhile. The Smith’s love these students and only want the best for them. We have personally witnessed this. While my daughter took a 6 week break (for a school sport) they heard she had an injury. Without fail, they messaged to ensure that she was ok and if they could do anything. This isn’t just a class. This is family.

Our daughter has been taking lessons at Smith’s Martial Arts for 6 months now. To say it has been an adventure is and understatement. She has good days, and days that it becomes a struggle to get over the separation to go in. Each instructor she has had experience with is very understanding, patient and supportive. She has grown so much in the short amount of time she has been going, and competed in her first tournament this spring. I have no doubt that she wouldn’t have been able to go forward with a National tournament environment if it wasn’t for the love and understanding of the team at SMA!

We have been with Smith’s Martial Arts for three years now and love it! The owners are great to work with, super nice, and helpful. My daughter has learned so much and continues to learn. She loves going! They offer a variety of classes and times making it accommodating to their students and families. I love the instructor to child ratio, and the instructors are encouraging and great with the kids. Would highly recommend!

We recently had a birthday party at Smith's Martial Arts. Even though my daughter has been a student for almost 4 years, she wanted a party there. It was interactive and high energy. Mrs. Meneses and Miss Oehrig were fantastic! My daughter's guests had a lot of fun. The parents were able to sit, relax, and enjoy watching their child. The kids had a mini Taekwando session, an obstacle course, and board breaking to name a few things. This was the least stressful party I've planned & attended. I absolutely recommend it!

We've been with Smith's Martial Arts for just over a year now . My little one absolutely loves it and we do also . There has been so much change in her attitude and behavior since joining . The instructors are amazing with the kids and even with as many kids as they have they know them on a personal level and by name . They also have challenges for the mom's for Mother's day and the same for Dad's for Father's day where they can join their child in class and earn a belt for themselves. They also offer lots of parents night out events throughout the year that are fun nights for the kids .

Kickboxing class is by far the hardest workout class I've ever experienced in a good way lol. Makes you definitely feel accomplished after the 45 minutes is over.
Come join us Wednesdays at 6!

Love our extended family. They teach the kids more than Taekwondo forms.....they teach them kindness, respect, compassion for others, and how to make friends

Exceptional Martial Artists that treat you like family. Their knowledge of martial arts is evident in their program but especially through their students. The Smith's are wonderful people and I highly recommend them if you're looking for a disciplined and fun place to learn martial arts.

I can't say enough good things about Mr. and Mrs. Smith and all of the instructors! Our son's coordination and focus has improved tremendously since starting taekwondo here and he loves going and has made new friends. It has been the best thing for him and I can't wait to see what he accomplishes!

My daughter started at SMA to let off steam and to gain more flexibility. What we didn’t expect was to fall in love with it. She looks forward to it and is bummed when we can’t make it to each night. I’ve seen so many positive changes in her in just a short time. She is more confident, comfortable, gaining flexibility, and making friends. I highly recommend SMA. Great instructors with love for the students. If you have not tried them- give it a shot. Nothing to lose but so much to gain.
